Oleksandr Tinkovskyi has been an attorney since 2010 and has over 20 years of legal experience. He personally handles client matters: assessing facts and evidence, developing the legal position and carrying out the agreed work.

Who will handle my matter?
You will work directly with me, Oleksandr Tinkovskyi. I personally carry out the legal work agreed with the client.
Can I seek help during a pre-trial investigation?
Yes. Criminal proceedings, including defence during pre-trial investigation, are the core of my practice. We will first establish your procedural status, the stage of the case and any upcoming procedural actions.
How are legal fees determined?
Fees are agreed individually, taking into account the scope of work, the complexity of the matter and its urgency. Payment arrangements are set out in the engagement agreement.
What should I prepare for the first discussion?
Prepare a short description of the situation, the stage of the matter and any known hearing dates or other procedural dates. We will separately agree which documents are needed and how to share them.
Do you provide ongoing legal support for businesses?
Yes. We can agree on support for business operations, including contracts, legal advice, pre-action correspondence and other tasks tailored to your company’s needs.
